Over the past few years Natalie has been broadening her knowledge and experience in a number of her specific areas of interests. She has focused on strengthening her CBT skills and deepening her therapy training by attending a number of Master classes on mood and eating disorders.
Through her years of clinical practice she has gained deeper insight into the different manifestations of such disorders. She has strengthened her skills in client assessment, diagnosis and treatment. Most recently, Natalie has undertaken training in Motivational Interviewing and its effective integration with CBT to maximise client outcomes.
Natalie has also been exploring numerous personality frameworks, including The Enneagram in order to gain a deeper understanding of the role played by personality in client compliance, treatment strategies and therapy goals.
