As Psychological Rehabilitation Providers we specialise in the psychological and vocational assessments, rehabilitation and return-to-work case management for complex injuries, complex personalities or complex workplaces which other Providers, with less clinical training and experience may prefer to avoid. Stress is our area of specialisation and providing self-help rehabilitation for stress is our philosophy and our vision.

Our goal is to rehabilitate the self as well as the injury and to teach new skills. In preparing unfit workers for job-seeking or return-to-work, we understand the importance of targetting specific psychosocial barriers, providing structure and support as well as developing intrinsic motivation, self confidence and job-seeking skills for the injured worker.
As employers we understand the needs of other employers in Human Service Industries like our own. Our employer clients' feedback indicates that we understand the employers' issues of ensuring performance standards and containing injury costs. We are preferred Providers for a number of discerning complex workplaces, including hospitals, universities, schools where human services employers can benefit from our Workplace Stress Support Plan.
We recognise and address the legitimate needs, expectations and stressors of the Insurers' changing demands. On the Provider Panel for major Insurers, Psychelp supports the Insurer's difficult role by incorporating expert pscyhological testing, evaluating of malingerings and pre-injury personality for pre-liability assessments and by developing the self-help web site for stress and the Work Motivational Group program to add value to our specialist services and to contribute to the reduction of hidden stress costs in the Workers Compensation Industry.
